This retrospective was directed by Lama Samten Yeshe Rinpoche as a tribute to his Master, the late Lungtok Tenpai Nyima, His Holiness the 33rd Menri Trizin Rinpoche, spiritual leader of the Bön lineage, awakened on September 14, 2017.
Description: Lungtok Tenpai Nyima young in Tibet, in the West (where he taught, especially in England and Norway), with various personalities (including Pope Paul VI who received him in July 1964), with the children he loved a lot and for which he did so much.
With Lama Samten Yeshe Rinpoche:
– Received his diploma of Geshe (doctor of Buddhist philosophy), major of his promotion in 2010;
– Ummze of Menri Monastery;
– learning to dance masks;
– learning sacred music;
His Holiness the 33rd Menri Trizin Rinpoche left meditating on September 14, 2017, showing us the importance of practice and teachings. The cremation ceremony was held on October 2, 2017 at Menri Monastery, Dolanji, India.
